The company covers an area of 30,000 sqm, among which 20,000 sqm are used as office building and standard factory buildings. It has a product line for production of 200,000 motorcycles and 200,000 engines per year respectively.
The company has set up a complete matching network and owns a large number of excellent fittings suppliers. In addition, there is a team of No.1 GUANGLING ROAD.INDUSTRIAL ZONE, CHENGGUAN, YUHUAN, ZHEJIANG, CHINAll-educated and professional motorcycle technicians in the company, among whom 50 technicians are of middle or high levels.
Our products mainly: motorcycle, scooter, motorcycle frame, ULB, motorcycle hub,motorcycle tire, motorcycle wheel, the spare parts of motorcycle, Dirt bike.
In cooperation with Jincheng Group, the company has set up a state-level motorcycle certification laboratory in Nanjing city, in which all series of experiments on the Shake Ring motorcycle can be done, such as new product development, application of patent techniques, reliability tests of components and parts matching tests of finished motor's performance, tests of exhaust emissions, noise measurement and etc.
The company has developed a set of mature quality control procedure. In January 2003, the company passed ISO9001: 2000 quality certification. In December 2004, the company successfully passed the Motorcycle Production Admittance Examination sponsored by P.R. China National Development and Reform Commission.
