Since its inception in 1983, Odeh Factory has created some of the most beautiful olive wood handicrafts in Bethlehem. To accomplish Odeh's mission of preserving the beauty and spiritual depth of the past, the family (recipe has been handed down from father to son.) Odeh Factory started with a one room humble workshop, and has flOdeh Olive Wood Factoryished today into a shop employing 11 professional olive wood craftsmen.

Entering the shop, you will immediately notice the distinctive smell of Palestinian olive wood, and the sight of elegant hands working to create masterpieces with quality and style. Each item is a piece of history holding a glimpse of a glorious past and colored with the holy and sacred essence of the place where Jesus, our Lord, was born.

The olive wood tree is a symbol of persistence and permanent existence. The tradition of crafting in olive wood is unique to Palestinians, where pure olive wood is a piece of the ancient past as much as it is a promise of a better future. Odeh Factory has been a pioneer in this craftsmanship, and they have earned a reputation for producing products with quality, elegance and style.
