Oskando is a leading developer of telematic products and solutions in northern Europe, in Estonia. Founded in 1995. In telematics design since 1997.

Design and manufacturing of GSM based telematic controllers.
Oskando Ltd products are both for end user and for integration with other systems. We are very flexible and ready to customise our products to meet the needs of a client.

Our key products are:

Rentkeeper - multi use tracking device (rental equipment, construction machines, bikes, etc)
Carkeeper - comfort and security device for vehicles. Enables to track location and monitor/operate security system and electrical devices of the vehicle. (rental cars, luxury cars, etc)
Mk3 - carcontroller for fleet management and security solutions.

Webcontrol - used mainly to operate external heating system of a vehicle (defa, webasto... )
