PART 123 which outlines Procedures for the Safe and Sanitary Processing and Importing of Fish and Fishery Products", commonly referred to as the HACCP regulations established by the US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA).As outlined by the US Food and Drug Administration, we also have written and implemented Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs) and follow the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) which are monitored and documented.Currently the majority of our clients are from other Asian countries particularly in Japan and in the United States. We strive to develop long term relationship with our clients and maintain good product quality. This allows us to meet the needs of our clients.
