•Buyers were looking for all Oil Products, however,
•Buyers are focused on buying only D2 and Jet Fuel right now.
•Buyers have no interest in issuing an instrument (Or Pre-Advice), BCL, RWA, or soft probe, before they are confident that the Seller has POP.

(However, they would be willing to prove funds at the same time that the Seller proves POP on a Bank to Bank situation or in person at a Table Top Closing.)  

•Buyers will not, under any circumstance pay up-front money of any kind, for any reason. The instruments will be issued at the proper time and cover the price of the product. Any and all costs the Seller may experience will be included in the final price of the product.

•They buy Spots and/or contracts based on a Fixed Price, CIF or FOB, Houston, Rotterdam, or the Black Sea.
