Manufacturer and recycler of long-term stable abrasive slurries based on glycol and water. Abrasive slurries are widely used in slicing of hard material ingots (ie; such as Silicon, Sapphire, etc.) into thin slices or wafers primarily for Semiconductor and Solar Cell industries. PPT develops, manufactures and markets the World's only suspension carriers based on polyethylene glycol or 100% water that maintain abrasive slurry stability over long time periods. PPT is also the only company that can pre-mix and ship stable abrasive slurries anywhere in the world. PPT also recycles spent or used abrasive slurries via recovery of clean abrasive and clean glycol for reproduction of high quality recycled slurry.PPT commenced operations in 2000. Currently, company employs about 12 people, and has a mulit-year history of production proven abrasive slurry and suspension carrier manufacture and recycling. Presently, PPT is about to introduce the first compact, portable slurry recycling equipment system to perform spent slurry recycling AT the customer site. Company periodically accumulates excess inventory of Virgin Silicon Carbide abrasive powders. Currently, PPT has near 8,000 lbs. of various grades of virgin silicon carbide abrasive powder for sale.
