Precious Products (India) Pvt. Ltd., was started in 1993 as a 100% export oriented unit(EOU) with technical know-how from Mould Hobbings(U.K.). This was folloPrecious Products (India) Pvt. Ltd.d by a technical tie-up for design of moulds with WIRO, a reputed German caps & closures manufacturer. We have delivered more than 1000 moulds till date, to various customers in India & worldwide. We design, manufacture & deliver injection moulds for caps & closures used for packaging in cosmetics, personal care, health care and pharma industries. Our experience with the European collaborations resulted in innovative design, manufacturing, finishing and mould assembly techniques, to deliver moulds with outstanding productivity at a shorter time span. Over a period, we acquired the expertise to manufacture " EUROPEAN " quality moulds at competetive " INDIAN " prices. We have developed and tested our own hot runner system in-house. Our hot runner moulds are cost effective and offer our customers advantages in terms of lower cycle time, longer life and better interchangeability of parts. We can also incorporate branded hot runner systems, if required. Our technical capabilities are : a. Our design centre is well equipped with qualified & experienced engineers using softwares like NX 3 & 4, Catia, AutoCad 2006. We have integrated CAD & CAM effectively, using softwares like Unigraphics & Delcam. b. 90% of our machines are from Germany, Japan & U.K. Stable manpower to handle these machines are able to deliver desired quality jobs. c. Mould testing is done in-house under production conditions on a 150 ton machine, before mould is dispatched. d. All facilities, xxxxx Design, Manufacture, Assembly & Testing are under one roof. The toolroom infrastructure has a capacity to manufacture multi-cavity, precision moulds upto 48 cavities.
