The game is recruited from hunting in frames of our own purchase system then the game is processed in our plant (idification No. 10070701). The process of picking up carcasses is monitored by veterinary and sanitary service. Our products fulfil all UE demands. We also provide with HDI documents. Mushrooms and forest fruits we gain from our spots in Polen territory. Refrigeration, drying and pickling is under control of mushroom expert (CKG No. 1422). All the product have certifications.
