Qingdao PUJIE Industry Co., Ltd ,was established in 1998, consists of two manufacturing mills, with over 200,000 square meters and 2000 high quality staff. Qingdao Pujie Trade Company specialize in precision casting parts at the beginning. The casting methods include sanding casting and lost wax casting parts at first. We mainly focused on domestic market before 2004 . After that, we developed silica sol casting, and then we moved to the foreign market. A mass of metal products are made in our company, like brake discs, brake drums, auto parts, marine parts, trailer parts, excavator parts, and some stainless steel casting parts, like door handle, etc. The production technology has reached to the world?s advanced level. The advanced machinery and equipment have been put into use for our high-performance metal parts, like Read-head Optical Emission Spectrometer( From Japan), Medium frequency induction melting furnace ,CNC machine center, Brinell hardness tester, Dewaxing autoclave, Wax-injection machine, and so on.
