QRCC was established by Eng. Irina QRCCiss in 03.2017. From 2008 until 2017 Irina managed the quality assurance department for leading manufacturer of flexible polymeric packages. From 2012 until 2017 Irina has been managing the Water Technologies , Metallurgic & Plastic Pipelines Branch and Fire assurance department of the Standard Institution of Israel (SII). Irina has been responsible for the overall standardization programs for products within the water, sewage and gas pipelines and fittings sectors to include management of imported products QA, performing audits of production lines and issuing product certificates according to standards. Among other projects, Irina planned and established new laboratory, for examination of physical and mechanical properties of polymeric materials and products. Irina remains an expert member in legislative committees of experts for standard’s drafting and in technical committees for standard’s approval. QRCC has set its goal to promote the infrastructure manufacturing industry. The company has been formed upon profound professional experience and the necessity of providing comprehensive consulting services to create cross-organizational quality assurance programs for infrastructure products manufacturing sectors. The company operates in four main fields: • Management of inspecting authority such as ISRAC auditor, third party audits performing, etc. for worldwide qualification of industrial quality and production systems, and laboratories. • Standards and regulation consulting for suppliers, laboratories and manufactures of large range of high quality industrial products for water, sewage and gas infrastructure applications; plastic, metallurgic, and pharmaceutical industry and laboratories. • As consultant in the aspects of formation of quality assurance methodologies and procedures; preparation of quality assurance programs for receiving international accreditation; inspection and supervision of projects during installation of water/sewage/gas infrastructures; meeting regulatory requirements for raw materials, production processes and final products. • As an promoter of professional enhancement; participates in regulatory committees; organization of professional seminars and conferences in cooperation with international experts. SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS • Advanced Materials Engineer (B.Sc.). • Practical experience in auditing and qualifying manufacturers (IRCA Certified Lead Auditor by TUV). • Management of inspecting authority for worldwide qualification of industrial quality and production systems; • Hands on experience in establishment and implementation of quality control systems, forming of working procedures, performing process and employees' quality audits and certification; • Extensive and profound experience in plastics, metallurgy and composite materials/ products industries; • Proven productive and effective management skills for management of managers, engineers, technicians as well as contractors and experts. • Performing crisis management and recovery process of technical unit, for business activity and profitability enhancement; • Proven skills in conducting technical and financial negotiations at executive management levels with over 300 industrial companies. • Performance of engineering and technical planning for establishing, qualifying and operating modern testing laboratories; • Professional communication skills in English, Russian and Hebrew.
