Our company was equipped with modern production lines:
- 05 Full automatic production lines of incandescent lamps, made by tungsram, with capacity 2,600 pcs/h, using chemicals and main components of worldwide famous companies of America, Japan, and Hungary, . . .
- 04 Full automatic production lines of fluorecent lamps with capacity 1,400 pcs/h.
- Full automatic bulb blowing machines, glass tube drawing machine, blank blowing machines for vacuum flask, with moderm furnaces.
- 08 Production lines of compact fluorescent lamps, with capacity 1, 000 pcs / h.
- Production lines of lighting fixture, ballast.
- Quality control lab is equipped with measuring instruments from tungsram, Japan, certified as accredited Q.C complied with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025: 2001
We have got the annual output of:
- 11 million Vacumm Flasks and inner vacuum flasks in the range of 0. 3 liter to 3. 2 liter, used waist butt tecnology of Japan.
- 40 million Compact Fluorescent Lamps, 30 million Fluorescent Lamps, 60 million Incandescent Lamps with full range of wattage:
+ Incandescent lamps A60, A55, M50, A75: 220V / 25W-200W
+ Fluorescent lamps: T8 / T10 18W / 20W, 36W / 40W
+ Compact fluorescent lamps: 2U / 3U / 4U / Spiral: 7W~75W
IL, FL, CFL are produced in accordance with IEC standards.
- 7000 MT Lead free glass and 11000 MT Soda Lime Glass
