Ras Polybuild Products Private Limited is a medium scale industry engaged in manufacturing of High Density rigid Polyurethane foam products.
The company is the largest manufacturer of polyurethane foam Architectural moldings in India. The company started production in the year 1996 and has been exporting to U. S. A for the past 11 years. The company is also exporting to Australia and Middle East. At present the company is exporting about 100 containers a year and has target of 200 containers by the year 2007. 2008.
The company enjoys 100percent E. O. U status and has been recipient of Best Performance awards for many years from Government of India, Export Promotion Council, and State Government. The company is headed by prominent industrialist Mr. Vikaruddin Shaik Imam, who has been in various business activities for the last 40 years.
The manufacturing unit is situated in the out skirts of Hyderabad, on the state highway leading to Bijapur. The facility is spread over 35000 Sq yds land, with a built up area of more than 30000 sft. The production facility is RAS POLYBUILD PRODUCTS PVT LTDll equipped with the State of Art Polyurethane Processing equipment made by O. M. S Italy.
Supported with other auxiliary equipments, the unit is fully geared up to meet the increasing demand of the products. At present the unit is processing about 400 tons of polyurethane in a year.
The company has a wide range of products to suit different requirements. The present range includes Entry systems, Door and Window cross heads, Door and Window trims, and Window headers, Louvers, Cornices for interior and exterior applications. Pilasters, Claddings for round Pillars, Pillar Crowns, Base, and many more.
The company has recently developed an exclusive range of ceiling medallions. These ceiling medallions can be fixed with ceiling fans, decorative ceiling lights or stand alone also.
The products are being marketed under the brand name of Life Style.
Polyurethane Products are well accepted in the western world. Highly detailed and precision moulded parts are dimensionally stable, will not warp, shrink or decay and resist mildew splintering and insect infestation. Life Style products are lightweight, easy to fix and last long. They can be cut, drilled, nailed and joined like wood very easy.
The White acrylic prime finish wont peel, is UV stabilized, and readily accepts any high quality polyurethane paints.
The company at present offers a range of more than 500 different standard items to suit different taste and requirements. However new designs may be developed if the order quantity is substantial.
