"Service"
We pay high attention to the Service and Quality . This is the most important for us.

After-sales Service :
-If you experience any problem with a product bought from WiT Beauty , contact us first and we will do our best to advise you. Any returns must be discussed with WiT Beauty Customer Support in advance, and authorized so they are sent with the correct paperwork.

-Delivery time: If there is a possible delay due to the warehouse or factory being out of stock, we'll contact you by email about the delay.
-Repairing:The item will have one full year warranty from us starting from the day you got our parcel.In most cases when item got problems we shall send you necessary parts with free cost for your own replacement so you needn't return the machine to us for repairing. And we shall provide online technical guide for you to replace the parts.
-We will not be responsible for any Physical damage or personal loss to a product caused by the user; opening products up, e.g. to repair or modify components; or flashing the firmware or using non-approved software .Customers should bear all the costs from this case .
