Sheba Leather Industry P.L.C. is a large-scale integrated manufacturer of finished leathers and men and women shoes. SHEBA LEATHER INDUSTRY PLC parent company is the Endowment Fund for the Rehabilitation of Tigrai (EFFORT Group), which owns more than 15 companies in Ethiopia. Our main products are; finished hide upper leather, finished sheep upper leather, finished garment leather, finished glove leather, finished goat upper leather, suede leather, women casual shoes, women boot shoes, women sandal shoes, men casual shoes, men elegant shoes, men boot shoes and other related products. Our company was established in 1993 and we have many years of experience in the tanning industry. Located 600 kilometers from the port of Djibouti, we are easily accessible by water, land and air transportation.

Our company employs more than 650 workers, and through the efforts of our trained work force, we have become a strong leather and shoe manufacturer who is continuously working towards achieving Excellency in quality. Moreover, we use the art of state leather processing and shoe making Italian machinery, giving our company excellent technical capabilities. Our annual production capability is 13.5 million square feet of finished leathers and 250,000 pairs of shoes.
