  i had bought an \"oimg_CA00185241.jpg \" model of receiver some years ago of ur agent company but
  during an update process i had lost its whole nitv program recently and it cant on and off but
  its light is on only and infact it lost its intial software and i need to update it please help me to mend its installation software. may u send its operating software with NITV program
