SHRISHTI BIOFUEL Shrishti BioFuel company engaged in the business of promoting Jatropha Plantation. Jatropha Carcus seeds are the best alternate variety for producing BIO-DIESEL. We undertake projects on a turnkey basis for Individuals, Group of Individuals & Companies. Our mission is to establish substantial feed stock base through contract farming method. Our aim is to have a minimum of 3000 acres of Jatropha plantation done before we go in for Bio-Diesel production. We have three levels of business operations which are explained in detail below : The project is located close to MADURAI. It is locatedin a place called Kovilpatti near Madurai, which is about a night journey from Chennai well connected by road, air & rail. We have identified close to 1000 acres of land which is suitable for Jatropha culivation only. The soil here is ideally suitable for dry land crops and Jatropha is one among them. The project is divided into two levels: a. Macro level b. Micro Level MACRO LEVEL - We are looking for people who are interested in owning large sizes of Jatropha farms for xxxxx min. of 100 acres. This is targeted for the high end customers only. The investment involved would be something around Rs.25 lacs approx. MICRO LEVEL - This is basically targeted for the low end customers whose land ownings will be min of 1 acre and max of 10 acres. The break up of cost involved per acre is given below: 1. Land cost - Min of Rs.10000/- onwards peracre 2. Land Development Cost (cleaning of shrubs, Tilling & making it suitable for plantation) - Rs. 3000/- per acre 3. Cost of Saplings - Rs.3000/- for 1000 saplings per acre supplied by Shrishti Biofuel 4. Addl. Miscellaneous Cost - Rs.2000/- (pool money for water requirements) TOTAL COST OF 1 ACRE - Rs. 18000/- Maintenance Cost of Rs.3000/- per year will be collected from the investors for the first three years only.
