Sinotrans Development pools the high quality air transportation business assets of the former China National Foreign Trade Transportation (Group) corp. and is a subsidiary stock company controlled by Sinotrans Limited.
  Sinoair South China Branch, with the reginoal head office located in Guangzhou, and division in Shenzhen, Fuzhou, Xiamen, Wuhan, Changsha, Nanchang, Nanning and Haikou, serves Guangdong, Fujian, Hubei Hunan Jiangxi Guangxi and Hainan.
