Southern pressings an ISO-9001-2000 company has been manufacturing precision sheet metal components, Plastic components and Southern Pressinglded sub assemblies for automobile, electrical, air conditioner, and house hold appliances industries since 1987. Our products are special precision sheet metal fabricated parts and metal stampings, formed and drawn components. . Our extensive experience in manufacturing processes provides efficiency throughout the project. Efficiency from design concept through prototype and finished product produces completed product or component parts. We are equipped with power presses, from 5 to 250 ton capacities and can produce parts from complex progressive or single station line dies. We are also equiped with CO2, tig, mig, spot and projection welding facilities for carry out assembly operations. We have Injection Moulding machines from 40T to 550T capacity. We have an inhouse tool room facility with sophisticated machineries for manufacturing of press tools and dies. Muolds etc. Quality audits are done regularly, in-process, on the parts and tooling.
