TEPL started manufacturing the Metal Detector Systems in early 80's. These systems are based on 'Eddy Current' Principle. These are high sensitive and can detect all metal contamination including Non magnetic Stainless Steel metal particles. These systems are designed and manufactured to meet the stringent requirements and hygienic standards of Food and Pharmaceutical industries. These Metal Detection Systems have very high sensitivity even for Non Magnetic Stainless Steel which is most difficult metal to detect and provide Customised Automation.
Digital Technique, High Sensitivity, LCD display, Diagnosis available on Display, Tamperproof Data settings, reject time stamping, etc. are some of the salient features of these systems.
In almost all food and beverage industries, the Metal Detectors play a vital important role as a critical check points. These systems are used for checking the metal contamination in incoming raw material to the final processed product. Thus ensuring processing machines are protected as well as the final product is free from metal contamination.

TEPL also manufactures Online Dynamic Checkweigher which rejects underweight / overweight packed products if they cross the set weight limits. This ensures proper weight is supplied and fulfills the guidelines of the PCRO requirements.
Pin Hole Detector (PHD) is another product, which is used in Alu Alu line. The same is helpful in detecting the minor cracks developed in the Aluminum Foil during cold cup formation.
