TEHNOMERKUR D.O.O. would like to introduce our company,business policy and competence.

"Tehnomerkur" d.o.o. (Ltd) was founded in 1970. as a workshop manufacturing car parts and plastic parts.
Over time, we grew into one of the biggest private companies that were manufacturing springs in ex YUgoslavia.
Nowdays, it is only one section of our business system, located in Belgrade on 400m2 of work space and employing 10 workers of different specialties.
This manufacturing plant contains 6 automatic spring coiling machines, grinders and thermal processing of springs is also done here. Our springs are made of spring wire, oil tempered spring wire and stainless steel wire R 0,2-20 mm.

During the past 15 years, we have focused a part of our capacities on manufacturing metal accessories and other metal products.
Nowdays, we have grown into a leading manufacturer of products for furnishing all kinds of warehouses and retail spaces.
These manufacturing plants are located in Stara Pazova on around 9000m2. About 60 workers of all specialties are employed there: engineers, technicians, locksmiths and carpenters.
The machinery of this manufacturing plant includes hydraulic and excentar presses from 15t to 250t, machanical scissors and its own plant for electrostatic powder coating.
Alongside advanced technologies and serious machinery for processing metal, we also have a serious section for casting and extruding plastic products.

Due to growing production needs, we decided to establish a modern capacity producing tools for our own needs. It is located in Stara Pazova on 400m2 of work space, has a machinery and employs 12 highly qualified workers of different specialties.
All kinds of tools for processing sheet by deformation and punching and deep drawing and tools for injecting and extrusion of plastic can be produced there. This capacity is supported by a divelopment sector that is constantly developing new and improving existing products.
By constant inovating, we are expending and refreshing our production range, in order to improve our competitiveness.

The team of people from technical and commercial services manages the entire production process and they are able to give you suggestions or technical solutions for any of your technical requests.
