Since the establishment of the Company at the end of 1996, Testech, Inc. have anticipated that frontier technology will be the key to success in the New Millenium of ever-growing intelligence and information society, with a goal to localize many of the quality control equipments for semiconductors. Thus we have developed the TDBI(Test During Burn-In System) and WBI(Wafer Burn-In System) for the first time in the local industry and was highly evaluated for its reliability and performance both in the domestic and overseas, and now we aim to gain competitive power in the international market with such strength.

Also in the year 2002, adapting many of the hardware and software technology we have gained through developing semiconductor equipments, we now knock on the door of developing Fingerprint Authentication equipments with unique and sophisticated sensors, algorithm and module in the global market.
