He was later joined by his sons, Mr Gaurav Sekhri and Mr Kapil Sekhri, to strengthen the professional arms.Some of the achievements of the company in the past are: Automation of rubber compounding for manufacturing soling sheets in 1980&＃39;s with Japanese technology . Introducing lightweight rubber slippers compound made with Syndodatic Polybutadiene rubber in 1980&＃39;s from JSR Japan. Invested in the first automated footwear assembly line in 1990&＃39;s. Introduced new soiling compound known as thermoplastic rubber in 1990&＃39;s. We were among the first in India to introduce the technology with the help from Enichem Elastomri- Italy and JSR- Japan. TRIL was one of the largest exporters of agro commodities in 1990&＃39;s. TRIL was one of the largest manufacturer of footwear in India. The Group entered into a JV with ADM-USA for crushing of Oil Seeds and further processing for Export. TRIL has aggressively marketed the technology of enhancing the properties of bitumen. After pioneering in the filed of Modified Bitumen, TRIL commenced production of Bitumen Emulsion. TRIL, as a part of their backward integration has put up Tyre Cutting and Rubber Shredding Units all across India to make Hi Structure Crumb Rubber Powder. Has Created an infrastructure and have commenced production on high carbon wire cut shots. Introduced latest environmentally friendly technologies of High Tensile Rubber Reclaim and Hi Structure Crumb Rubber Compound.
