Traders Industrial Supply CO.Incorporated. Or TRISCO, was incorporated on Nov 18, 1980, basically and principally as an industrial trading firm.

The company's primary purpose is to to engage in and undertake the business of buying, selling distributing, trading dealing , importing exporting, wholesaling and retailing industrial products of all kinds, forms and description (including accessories and by products) as TRADERS INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY CO INCll as engage in their abrication, production and processing , acting as general agent, commission merchant, representative or actor of buyer and sellers, both domestic and foreign .

Less than four (4) years its Incorporation, at an initial capitalization of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS AND 00/100 (P 500,000.00), TRISCO had increased its capitalization to FIVE MILLION PESOS AND (5,000,000.00) as per Amended Articles of Incorporation filled and approved on February 28,1985. Likewise, TRISCO has grown to become the exclusive Philippine Representative of COOPERHEAT, a manufacture r of heating and welding equipment for stress relieving a construction, of Southport, U.K and Singapore from 1981 to December, 1922. After a finished tie-up with Cooperheat, TRISCO was offered by the members of the CARBANDY GROUP composed of: MANNINGS- THERMOTEST PTY.LTD. to be their sole distributor of heat treatment equipment, electric gas and oil fired furnaces. Because of this, in the early part of 1993, THERMOTEST (PHILS.), INC. was organized having the p[resident of TRISCO, MR> ARTEMIO (BOBBY). TORRES JR. as its Managing Director for all operations of THERMOTEST in the Philippines. Exclusive distributorship here in the Philippines were also granted to TRISCO by: NELSON, a welding equipment and stud manufacturer of Elyria, Ohio U.S.A since 1981: TSUGITE SHOKO CO., LTD. (now CENTURY CORPORATION),
a manufacturer/supplier of stainless steel plates, of Kawasaki -Shi japan; JINNIES
LTD. Yokohama, pan a supplier of electric generating sets, universal milling machines, high pressure sodium lamp, etc.and TOKYO KIKAI SANGYO CO,. LTD., a supplier of pipes , fitting, machines and parts of Tokyo pan.
