Shandong Lufeng Special-purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd.( the former Tai'an Traffic Vehicle Factory of Shandong) is located at the foot of the trailer, Powder Materialll-known Mount Tai, north section of Changcheng Road of Tai'an. Under direct jurisdiction of the Traffic Office of Shandong Province and Head Office of Traffic Industrial Group of Shandong, it's a key enterprise of traffic industry confirmed by the original National Mechanical Committee and Shandong Province. The company covers an area of 16 hectares. The construction area is 60,000 square meters and the total assets exceed 100 million yuan. There are over 1,000 staff and over 600 main production equipments in the company. The brand-new modernized building, first-class infrastructure and technology, many special-purpose vehicle production lines and assembly lines have been established. The annual vehicle production capacity reaches more than 3000.

CAD system, computer-aided management( MIS) system, the enterprise LAN and enterprise Web site have been build up sinces the 1990s. Internet has been opened. The company has taken the lead in implementing the system of resource planned management of the enterprise( ERP) in 2002, set up the information-based network platform of the enterprise and formed the enterprise management mode of unique characteristics. Lu Feng Company took the lead in passing ISO quality system authentication of 9001-1994 edition in the same trade in 1999 and passed the re-authentication of 2000 edition in 2002. The National enterprise credentials of imports and exports was obtained in 2002 and foreign exchange was earned through export. "Lu Feng" brand products have repeatly obtained the first prize in all previous National trade quality control inspects by random samples and have been classified as "products of trustworthy quality" by State Bureau of Quality Technical Supervision and China Quality Inspection Bureau. The company has passed the 3 Cs authentication in the first batch in 2003. The products sell well in the urban district of each province all over the country.
