Introduction:
Since the company was founded in 1949 TSUCHIDA CHEMICALS CO.,LTD. main products have been synthetic resin molds, hook fasteners, urethane products, automotive parts, lighting appliances, sporting equipment, etc. We continue to grow our business as we adapt to changing times.
We began at first by working with direct compression molding. At present, however, we have broadened our processes to include injection molding, insert molding, ultrasonic welder working, machine working, screen and pad printing, and other processes. Our production process is comprehensive, encompassing all steps: Design -- Planning -- Metallic mold manufacturing -- Mold processing -- and whatever work is needed thereafter.

We primarily work in the fields of hook fasteners, decorative items, medical service goods, sporting equipment, character-themed items, lighting appliances, automotive parts, and decorative illumination design and manufacturing.
From prototype manufacturing to plate molding, paint application, printing, and even secondary processing, we are a single point of contact for all manner of services.
