The scope of Uni Tooling products automobiles, telecommunication, customer electrics, household appliances, as well as industry components. Our facility lists are: -CNC: 10sets; Especially the DMU 100T, the capability reaches 1080*710*710 and the precision as 0.002mm from Germany famous brand DMG. -EDM: 20sets; Them about Two-Axis EDM, the stroke of machine can reach to 1800*800*550MM. -W/C: 10sets; Not only support speed cut, but also support slow cut. -3D measurement: 2 sets, with machining capability 700*1000*650 and the precision 3.0+4L/1000. -Grinding: 2sets; -Injection: 4sets; -Gun Grilling: 1set; -Fiting: 1set. About 90% are imported, like Germany DMG, Japan Makino, Switzerland AGIE, and USA HASS, the tolerance we can reach is +/-0.002mm. (2). On-time Delivery: Shortest lead time is our service for client tenet. We can quote within 3 days upon RFQ receipt and just need 3-5days to layout the mold once your confirmation of the order.
