Valinor Ltd. is a family business founded in 1998 by designer Krassimir Mandadjiev.Valinor specialises in the production of high-quality, affordable sofas and chairs, and other upholstered furniture. One of Valinor Ltd. main competitive advantages is our ability to design and implement new models quickly. In 2008 we moved to a new production facility in the outskirts of Plovdiv, Bulgaria's second largest city.We have examined the carbon footprint, recycling potential and emissions levels of all our materials. And we have now designed and developed our first green sofa. Green Sofas, a subdivision of Valinor Ltd, is a pioneer in the production of environmentally friendly upholstered furniture.This first green sofa is extremely comfortable. Its upholstery is designed in two variants - for your home and for your office. The soft and comfortable seat has a special set of springs inside. This special set is more sustainable than the usual polyurethane foam seat. We have called it the ENERGY.We made the green sofa frame from pure steel - a fully recyclable material which guarantees strength, durability and comfort. We dressed the frame in recycled cardboard and cotton wadding.We filled the back rests with cotton gauze.We designed a special set of springs for the seats.We used no glues.We covered the sofa with a layer of pure cotton and upholstered it with high-quality cotton-and-linen upholstery.We finished the metal legs in glass-ceramics, a material used in kitchen containers and boilers.All this eliminates poisonous emissions and increases the sofa's fire resistance.We have made the design light and airy, to give your home a sense of spaciousness and freedom, while preserving all the comfort of our previous models.Thanks to an optimization of materials, we are able to offer you the ENERGY at a price not significantly higher than that of our other models, while substantially reducing future maintenance costs.
