The Process:
Vezzali beans are selected for equal and consistent size, then carefully washed (most commercial brands spare this added expense). The beans are then roasted equally, and their consistent size eliminates the chance of any burnt beans and bitterness. Vezzali coffee beans then undergo the age-old method of traditional air cooling, rather than faster water cooling techniques, a process employed by most coffee companies.
