Shah dealing in Pharmaceutical bulk drugs, raw material, chemicals & solvents from last 12 years and having vast experience, looking after for sales , purchase and banking. And Mrs. Usha Prakash Shah is looking after for administration and accounts, having experience in this line from last 9 years. VIDHYA PHARMA CHEM PVT.LTD having registered office at B-01, Dattani Trade Center, Chandavarkar Lane, Borivali (west), Mumbai-92 , also having branches at Vapi ( Gujrat) and Baddi ( Himachal Pradesh).

Recently company has entered in a new business with the objective of dealing in agro commodities of all kind and verity, by way of Import and/or export. With international borders falling, nationality becoming increasingly irrelevant and the whole world becoming a single market, globalisation is no longer the buzzword. Long term plan for Vidhya Pharma chem. Pvt. Ltd. . is to transform it into a world class trading house which will cater the needs of business houses around the globe.
During the last 3months company achievement in new business are as under:
1.Open an separate office & hard working staff team in Borivali, Mumbai.

2.For packing & sorting company has open an pack house at Vashi, New Mumbai with dedicative staff.

3.To cut the transportation expenses company had purchased the 3 commercial vehicles.

4.Open an LLC company at Dubai to secure the funds and have more control & profitable in the name Usha International foodstuff LLC.

5.In addition to the above we have our office & house on rent at Dubai.

Also company in under procees to acquire an manufacturing Unit at Baroda named as Osaka Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd for tablets & capsules for 100% export.

In addition to the above company is also entering into manufacturing of anti TB raw material by aquring 51% share of company Sreven Pharma Pvt. Ltd. At Biddar, Karnatka.

Achievement

Company was established in 1999 and during the first year company had achieved sales turnover of Rs 6 crore though directors have no experience in this line and in 10 years company had achieved huge annual sales turnover of Rs 200 Crore with good profitably.

Company is having paid up capital of Rs 6.50 Cr & Reseves & Surplus is Rs 22.00 Cr approx. Company is dealing with around 3000-3500 customers all over in India.
