Design

The Zenith Design Team provides early design consultation to establish the superiority and manufacturability of your product, before designs are locked in. Our engineers are known to provide solutions that work efficiently without compromising the essense of the product.

Our design engineers set the process underway by ideating practical solutions, creating 3D component and tooling models a nd developing functional prototypes. We work with you in developing your final design or suggesting possible refinements that can result in substantial production savings.

Zenith Metaplast is extremely proud of its experienced Development team. Each die-maker works directly from 3D CAD data, ensuring precise data sharing and total control on the process.

Our experience and analysis inform the mould and tool designs we make, ensuring dimensional accuracy and functional consistency. Tooling lead-time is drastically reduced by directly applying 3D CAD model data to develop our tools.

All manufacturing is done in-house. At Zenith, we offer individual components, or fully integrated assemblies - whichever best suits your needs. We pack in conformity with any component packaging requirements, including consignment in your own cartons to locations you specify.
