Zhejiang Tianlong Capsule Co., Ltd. is a professional capsule manufacturer which was founded in 1978, and developed from Xinchang Tianlong Capsule Factory. Zhejiang Tianlong Capsule Co., Ltd. is equipped with 10 Fully Automatic Production Lines and 22 Semi-Automatic Production Lines. Our company covers an area of 46,200 square meters with 4,000 square meters of building area. Our company has a 100000-class purified GMP workshop, which covers an area of 8,200 square meters, a centre laboratory, which covers an area of 250 square meters, and the storage area of 3,000 square meters. The empty gelatin capsules are produced in various sizes of 00#, 00#B, 0#el, 0#, 1#, 2#, 3#, 4# with all types of linear and circular printing. The annual production capability is up to 13 billion grains. Our company is the largest capsule production base in Zhejiang and one of the top ten in China at present.

We have a laboratory of 250 square meters. Our company is equipped with intelligent disintegration testers, gas chromatograph microware digestion devices, atomic absorption graphite ovens, Chlorohydrin and Ethylene oxide detectors and so on, which supply a powerful guarantee for producing high-quality capsules.

Our capsules are suited for all types of filling machines (including high-speed automatic machines). Capsules with common sizes are tested by Filling Machine in the production process.

Our products comply with specifications, such as Ch.P., US.P. and B.P. in terms of Dimensions, Brittleness, Uniformity, Disintegration Time, Microbiological Limits, Loss on Drying, Heavy Metal, Viscosity and Residue on ignition.
