As a private scientific research institution engaged in the professional R&D of concrete admixtures, Zhengzhou Zhanhao Chemical Technology Co., Ltd was established in 2001. Zhengzhou Zhanhao Chemical Technologgy Co., Ltd mainly study the optimization and improvement of admixtures in common use and the development direction of concrete and additives in the future. Our research objects are naphthalene series, aliphatic series, sulfamate and polycarboxylic acid salt. Having more than thirty staffs including twelve technical personnels, our company has built one professional experimental base with chemical laboratory and physics lab. Being compressive in equipment, our experimental facilities can meet the needs of conventional chemical experiment and the development reseach of admixtures. Having one aliphatic series and one polycarboxlic acid salt pilot simulation synthetic production line, our company can carry on production simulation experiment under all kinds of circumstances and has laid solid foundation for the smmoth transformation of scientific achievements and the research of unforeseen circumstances. With serious scientific attitude and market economy as the dominant thought, our company is devoted to the study on innovative and high technology. Since establishment, we have worked out several domestic advanced technologt including the condensation and seperation of naphthalene series sulphonation synthesis system, heating free synthesis system of aliphatic series, heating free synthesis system of sulfamate and rapid synthesis system of polycarboxylic acid salt. Among the above, the time of polycarboxlic acid salt's synthesis is only one hour, and has gained so much appreciation from our customers in that it costs little, has high productivity, good performance and wide suitability. We have applied for patent protection for heating free synthesis system of aliphatic series in 2007 and rapid synthesis system of polycarboxlic acid high performance water reducer in 2009.
