The minimum tax-free level of income in Kenya is less than $300 a year(less than $1per person per day),with PROGRESSIVE amount above this.Ho(Development Superhighway,Kenya)ver the government or anyone else DOES NOT ensure that this money is spent PROPORTIONATELY on ALL citizens.And indeed,that there is any money at all in the first place,to be spent.To level the playing field and cause justice,each Kenyan would spend $1 per person per day throughout the year in perpetuity as the constant with other factors surrounding these being variables.Prevailing economic chaos will be eliminated and economic order introduced,or at least tend towards that.This money is to be transported in cyberspace.Why?

There is much more money in the world chasing opportunities,but the population is almost constant.Stock markets are $49,500 billion(100% + of glbal GDP,(or $5,000 a person in the world).
Yet the ONE LIMITING FACTOR IN DEVELOPMENT IS NOT MONEY but how to sustainably carry the task out.
