A wholly-owned subsidiary of Aboitiz & Company Inc., is engaged in the distribution of industrial equipment, parts and services for the agriculture, mining, oil industry, car industry, poAbomar Corporationr generation and other major industries. Established in the 1920's as a hardware store, it presently operates five, strategically located Regional Offices seven sub-branches/service Centers and has a dealership network of over 200 outlets that services the needs of its customers nationwide.

Alliances have been formed with major suppliers of international repute that includes Blackmer for industrial pumps, Mirrlees Blackstone for the large engines used in electric power generation plants, Yanmar Diesel for the Agro-Industrial and marine engines, Kohler Gasoline Engine, Stamford for Alternators, Tokheim for fuel dispensing pumps, Nippon Hoist for material handling, John Deere for Agricultural tractors and implements, Esab for welding, LC Meter for liquid metering, Milton Roy for metering pumps, Lincoln for industrial lubrication systems, Furukawa for mining equipment , Kukdong for chain blocks, Lister for industrial and marine engines, Kellogg-American compressor, Mikado Propellers, Westac Generating sets and the latest addition, Samoa for automotive lubricating equipment and Puska for air compressor. Abomar also designs and fabricates material handling systems using state-of-the-art technology and locally sourced materials.
