Our production began in 1999 with special foam insoles and has been expanding ever since. Today our product range has reached a level where it can put a new face on the shoe business by forming various materials with different methods. AKFORM is the unsung hero behind the success of many of the world&＃39;s and Turkey&＃39;s best known shoe labels.One of our production center in Istanbul is 4,000 square-meter factory. Our second production center is in Karabuk Organized Industrial Site at the Black Sea Region which lies on an 18-decare field, is a 6,000 square-meter, monolayer indoor building housing the latest machines.Here at AKFORM, our aim is to provide you with personalized service in accordance with your needs, capable of carrying your name beyond and keeping you at the forefront of regional and global trends. As part of our innovative and enterprising identity, our priority is to understand your ideas instantly, analyse them and transform your needs into an insole.At our facilities, we have the capacity to produce 60,000 pairs P.U. injection, 40,000 pairs special foam, 35,000 pairs E.V.A., P.E. and felt insoles daily, as well as shoe lining, by using latex lamination, flaming lamination and film lamination. Akform production facilities are all integrated and every step of the process that needs to be completed to make an insole can be taken care of here. The entire process is quality controlled by AKFORM from the raw materials phase, to designing and moulding, lamination to forming, producing a label to implementing an insole.We also aim to shape our facilities based on our customers&＃39; need to satisfy the demand of the shoe market for more products each day.
