STI. have pleased to introduce ourselves as BOLAT INTERNATIONAL MANUFACTORING CENTER we produce the most famous brands in all kind of kitchen equipments & cooking utensils and we are established in 1970 located at Kahramanmaras, Turkey. It has been renovated with all of its production machinery and equipment in 2002 and presently it is utilizing the cutting and automating edge technology in its production-line.

Our smallest factory is settled in an area of 5.000 square meters and our biggest factory is settled on 37.000 square meters area, with 1500 employees. Bolat International Manufactoring Center Kitchen equipment is certificated under the license of TSE (Turkish Standard Institution), EUR1/EUR2 and has their Quality also The certification of CE and ISO 9001, our products meet the requirements of FDA (Food and Drug Administration) regulations. The technical characteristics of our Central Holding Bolat International A.S. kitchen equipment are composed of 18 Cr 10 Ni alloys and Nirosta 4301 / 111 C (AISI 304 / 2 B) stainless steel which is designed, developed and all research works are completed at our Industry & Trade Company departments. At our facilities, using special machines and materials such as special emery, which makes them hygienic for human health, like polishing. More importantly, when polishing, we do not use any material such as sulfur and phosphoric acid, which is mostly used and causes cancer. Ocaklar Kitchen equipment are disinfected, packeged, and sold in accordance with non bacterial and in hygienic conditions. Our products are packeged with vacuum systems after being washed in a 20 meter long computerized tunnel at the heat of 50, 100, 150 and 200 degrees Celsius and subsequently being dried by means of vapor.
