Company alf-om ltd. Located in banja luka, republic of srpska, bosnia and herzegovina has been established in 1980. From then on, alf-om has accomplished a significant success in business. alf-om became one of the largest suppliers of the group of reliable suppliers and service providers for the high-class office equipment and associated spares & consumables on the territory of bosnia and herzegovina.

Activities of the enterprise are export-import, sale and maintenance of bureau and office equipment, made by leading world producers.
On the very start of its business, personnel in alf-om have made a huge effort in order to work accordingly to world standard and to establish good relations with partners, suppliers and customers.
The basic idea of alf-om's leadership is to keep the continuity in supplying the market by the most contemporary office equipment, giving its own part in development of bosnia and herzegovina.
Alf-om has achieved a business co-operation with multinational companies xerox, fujitsu siemens computer, cp bourg, olympia,3m, de la rue, kern ag, minipack-torre as the authorized representative of these companies in bosnia and herzegovina.
Field engineers, employed in alf-om, are educated and certificated by specialists from these companies to provide a quality technical support for the goods within our portfolio.
Equipment purchased in alf-om is supported by warranty terms, instruction for use and service support after warranty period as well. In order to keep the goods in good and operational condition it is necessary to use genuine consumables and spares, which we provide.
The vision of leadership is stable and competitive enterprise, according to which alf-om was developing itself during past twenty years.
In order to achieve this high goal, alf-om has installed system of work according to international standard ISO 9001:2000 for providing of quality in production, installation and servicing, which has been issued to alf-om by certification house rwtuf from essen, Germany in may 2000.
Nowadays, alf-om has 65 employees, representative office in sarajevo and the vision of further expansion in business.
