Should any delivery be delivered out of the stipulated service time parameters due to factors within our control, then we would downgrade the service type and credit you with the difference. For example, if an Overnight Express consignment is delivered later than the stipulated time (i.e. 11h00 the following working day) then we will downgrade the service type to NEXT DAY SERVICE. If any delay is caused by conditions beyond our control (e.g. weather, strikes, airline delays, traffic accidents etc.), the charges will remain the same.

Sameday Express:Major centers only

A GUARANTEED speedy sameday door-to-door express service. Collection is made from your premises immediately upon receipt of your call, with dispatch on the first available flight. This service is available to all centres served by scheduled airlines.

Sameday Express:In City

An efficient speedy sameday door-to-door express within the same city. Collection is made from your desired collection address immediately on receipt of your request. A driver is dispatched and will deliver your item to its forwarded address as soon as possible within the same day and within the same city.

Dawn Express

Special treatment for time-sensitive documents and parcels. A quicker, GUARANTEED early morning delivery by 09:00 or by time specified. This service is available to centers serviced by scheduled airlines.

Overnight Express

A reliable, secure GUARANTEED overnight express service. Collection is made from your premises throughout the day for dispatch overnight by express air cargo. Delivery is achieved the following working day by 10:30 to main centers, often earlier.
