Alternative Data Communication SAlternative Data Communication sources,LLCces, INC. (ADCS, INC. ) was established in June of 1985 by John and Cindy Arico. ADCS, INC. Started out with quite a bang into the industry. ADCS, INC. Took on many established accounts in sales and service. Steven Mahrt was the top sales rep at the time taking the company to a nationwide as well as worldwide level.

In September of 1988, I, Tony Kassman, graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electric Engineering and came aboard ADCS, INC. As full time technician and installer. Since 1988, Steven and I continued to grow the company. For the next 8 years I grew the technical department to two full time technicians and two full time warehouse personnel. In May of 1996 I went into sales with a technical background, increased my income to six figures and have continued to maintain that to date.

In 2001, Steven and myself began running and managing ADCS, INC. In every aspect. Our goal was focused on growing the company to astronomical levels in both sales and service focusing on new directions that were not supported by the current owners
