INTRODUCTION

ALUTECH wish to introduce ourselves that ALUTECH is one of the leading aluminium casting-manufacturing unit in Coimbatore. We have got 9 years of reputation in the field.

The company has been founded and managed by P. JAYARAMAN in the year 1995. And the management has engaged with qualified and experienced persons. We are ISO 9001:2000 certified organization.

We have got an infrastructure for Manufacturing Aluminium Castings in Gravity Die Casting Processes and Sand Casting(Co.,Air set mould). Also we are having In-house Tool Room facility for making the Patterns and Dies. Recently, we have installed MACHINE SHOP for supplying the castings in machined condition.

Our products are well accepted by our reputed customers and the list is enclosed. We have upgraded our systems to meet the International Standards with ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems certification in the scope of Design and Manufacture of Dies&Manufacture and Supply of Die Casting Components with Machining.

At present the company is comfortable in achieving 15 Tons per month and having additional spare capacity of 10 Tons. We request you to enroll ourselves as one of your approved suppliers along with your favorable orders so as to enable us supply our quality Products.
