Founded in March, 1983, it is located in Tongmei Industrial Zone in Anxi county, Fujian, where is the hometown of Chinese Oolong, that is, the cradle of four famous Oolong tea and Tie Guanyin. as there are natural geographic position and climate conditions free the air, soil and water of this place from any pollution, it is taken a most ideal base in the whole world for planting of  Oolong tea and Tie Guanyin.
