ARPEC aims to project a more professional image of the Cambodian rice sector to the world by seeking strategic collaboration with key regional rice institutions and striving to become a reliable counterpart with the relevant Cambodian line ministries in the technical Working Group 9 (TWG9), primarily dedicated for rice. ARPEC is the clustering concept badly needed for the Cambodian rice sector to be able to pull resARPECces together to meet the fulfillment of more substantial orders tonnage wise.
