Damaged or incorrect/missing items must be called in within 7 days of receiving your order if they are to be replaced. Also, packages damaged in transit must be reported immediately to the shipping carrier. OTHER REFUNDS: Within 7 days of receipt of your order, you may return the product in original condition. We accept returns only if container has not been opened and seal have not been broken. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error, otherwise, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund together with a 20% re-stocking charge. Refunds will be processed within 24 hrs of having received the return items. We are an exporter of palm oil products from Malaysia. Exporting to more than 41 major destinations across the globe, such as Africa Countries, CIS Countries, Middle East Countries, Mongolia, South East Asia Countries and etc.
