I want to buy CDMA and GSM modules for telemetrics applications, and GSM for tracking aplication.

Aurora Wireless Technology Ltd. have some products for system tracking, like:

PCT15: no have tracking, only GSM SMS alarm.
PCT20: GSM SMS alarm and location for triangulation in GSM cell, allow customize and configurated for SMS.
PCT22: GMSSMS alarm, location for triangulation in GMS cell and GPS tracking, allow customize and configurate for SMS.
PCT25: CDMA (1X data and SMS), alarm, GPS tracking, and configurated for data and sms.

All products have a backup battery.
