BAIC International Development Co., Ltd (“BAIC INTL” for short) is the wholly-owned subsidiary of Beijing Automotive Group Co., Ltd (“BAIC Group” in short). The headquarter is in Beijing. As the general platform for BAIC Group to build “BAIC Worldwide” and expand international business comprehensively, BAIC INTL has five core businesses which cover the exporting of self-owned brand whole-vehicles and spare parts products, importing of technology, equipment, whole-vehicles, and modification of products, overseas investment as BAIC MOTORll as international cooperation. BAIC INTL follows the indication of Mr. Xu Heyi, Chairman of BAIC Group that integrated planning with deep consideration, step by step with breakthrough at key points. BAIC INTL will set up regional operation center in Africa, West Asia, former CIS, South America, etc. by three to five years’ striving, and it will achieve BAIC’s strategic goals of internationalizing of talent, market, products, brand, management around the world. In 2020, the sales volume of overseas market will be more than 40% of the total sales volume of BAIC Group.
