with procedures as follows:

Seller first give  at least one isin  to verify LOI seller name ,Seller corporate
name ,FPA with sell side names banking sell side paymaster tel,fax no.

Buyer signs Letter of Intent/RWA Agreement, and submits the LOI and FPA.

Upon receipt thereafter, Seller signs and returns the
LOI within 24 - hBakchos Ltds with the Sellers full
banking coordinates to Buyer, which will become a Full
Recourse Commercial Contract

Buyer send Client Information Sheet, POF (BCL, Funds on Screen or
MT799).

The Seller send  Corporate Invoice.

The Buyer and/or His Bank Officer will Authenticate
and Validate the Instruments

Within Eight (8) International banking hours, Buyers
Bank shall conduct verification of the instruments and
release the funds to the Seller designated account
