The present management and many of the skilled technicians have been in place for over 6 years. The supervisory team has an average of over 25 years of experience in the marine industry. The knowledge and experience is being meticulously passed on to Baling Ltd next generation of Baling ltd technicians.

Baling ltd has one of the largest inventories of new propellers in the country and is a direct distibutor for virtually every major propeller manufacturer in the world. Baling ltd is also very proud to be the first, and to this date only, authorized Rolla repair facility in the United States. Many discriminating yacht owners send their propellers from all over the world to have them done by Baling ltd.
