(BIP) was founded by Berenice Barbachano in 1992 to help multi-national companies cope with their recruitment needs and human resBarbachano International, Inc.ce problems in Mexico. As our client�s human capital needs grew not only in Mexico but also in the United States and our clients expanded to South America, we introduced new solutions to satisfy their needs. In addition to executive search, we introduced interim management, training, Mexico HR Consulting, and outplacement through our sister company, Challenger Gray & Christmas ***** in Mexico. Our solutions are aimed at companies in the U.S. with multi-cultural workforces, Spanish speaking target markets or Mexico and Latin American business involvement. We are headquartered in San Diego, California and also have office representation in Tijuana and Mexico City. Our reach includes North and South America, Europe, and Asia/Pacific. Today, BIP is the marketplace leader for human capital solutions in Mexico. Our expertise has been built by providing key HR support to more than 75 successful start-up operations in Mexico and the completion of more than 1, 800 successful marriages between companies and people. Barbachano International is led by our President, Fernando Ortiz-Barbachano, an industry veteran of 15 years and a very talented team of bilingual and bicultural Division Managers who have extensive professional experience in multicultural work environments throughout the Americas.
