Some of our product: •Cross-flow heat exchanger – efficiency approximately 60% •Rotational heat exchanger – high efficiency, even up to 80% •SUPERBLOCK – regenerative heat recovery exchanger – efficiency up to 95% 1) The cross flow heat exchanger is built from aluminum plates. Special version plates are additionally covered with an epoxy resin layer, between which flows supply and return air, in streams that are either cross-flow or separated from each other. Discharge air flows through every other duct between the plates heating them, and fresh air flows through the remaining ducts, drawing heat from the heated plates. It consists of alternatingly coiled aluminum tape (notched and flat) which creates air passage channels. The rotor acts as depositional mass, which heats up in contact with discharged air, in order to give away the heat after rotation and getting into supply (fresh) air zone. Superblok ensures full utilisation of the air flow surface.Superblock can attain the highest level of heat recovery, of up to 95%.In most cases, it is not necessary to use an additional air heater. During operation in the summer season, the Superblok's original design of regenerative heat exchange means, that is also attains a very high level of cooling recovery from the exhaust air.
