- If you are looking for furniture, handicrafts or textile from Indonesia, we offer you the right selection of articles to meet your specifications, quality, price and timing requirements - based on the 300000 references of our DVD catalogue, or by seeking out other suppliers if needed
- The Bayu plus: if you wish to select or inspect local suppliers, we organize your visit in Indonesia, including hotel reservations, travel arrangements, appointments, accompanying you, and translation services

As your committed and trusted agent, Bayu will handle your order at every step from the initial selection of goods up to their shipment:

- We write the details of your order and select the goods according to your specifications
- We evaluate their cost and send you detailed quotations and pro-forma invoices
- We monitor local production to ensure quality control and on-time delivery
-We keep you informed of your orders progress at every step
- We gather your goods and keep them in one of our secure warehouses
- We control the packing and shipment of your goods, including the writing of shipping documents to meet custom standards

We work on a 15% commission taken from the total of your purchased from direct suppliers in Indonesia
- (No commission is taken on the shipping costs).

How to Order
- Consult our DVD and select the articles to suit your needs from the 30000 in our catalogue
- Or contact us via e-mail, fax or telephone for any special needs or enquiry that you may not find in the catalogue.
- As soon as you have identified the goods you need, fill a quotation request form, indicating the type of goods you need, size, quantity, timing of delivery and additional specifications such as color, matting, varnish, etc.
- As soon as we receive your Quotation Request, we will send you a precise quotation and pro-forma invoice. This quotation doesnt include our commission and the shipping costs, that we add at the bottom of the quotation.

Terms of Payment
- By TT:
- First transfer: upon ordering the goods as confirmation of the order: 30% of the goods value for small handicrafts, 50% (or more) for furniture and garment.
- Second transfer: before shipment: settlement of the remainder of the goods value
- Final transfer: upon remittance of the copy of the shipping documents: settlement of our commission and shipment costs
- The original documents for custom clearance will be sent after your last payment has been received.

We are committed to respect the confidentiality of your patterns and models as well as the identity from our other costumers.
